These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your relationship with the atm883 platform, accessible via atm883.net and its associated mobile applications. atm883 is an online betting platform operating to serve eligible Malaysian users who meet the specified requirements.

By accessing or using the atm883 platform in any capacity — whether as a visitor, registered member, or participant in any betting activity — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. During registration, you are required to provide a valid Malaysian mobile number for OTP verification. The full name you register with must match your identification document, as it will be used during the withdrawal verification process.

You are solely responsible for keeping your atm883 account login credentials secure. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify atm883 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Atm883 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. All transactions carried out through your account will be deemed to have been made by you personally, unless you report the unauthorised access within a reasonable timeframe.

Atm883 accepts deposits via Malaysian local payment platforms only. The following limits and conditions apply to all financial transactions:

Payment methods accepted by atm883 include Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX (via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks). All transactions must be in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only.

• Bets placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means or money laundering will be voided and reported to the relevant authorities.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and are determined by atm883 at its sole discretion.

For Sports Betting events such as Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, and e-sports, the official results issued by the respective governing body are final and binding for settlement purposes on the atm883 platform.

Atm883 is fully committed to responsible gambling. We believe betting should be a source of entertainment, not financial stress or hardship. We provide the following tools and resources to help members stay in control:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to keep your spending in check.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit per session or over a defined period.

• Game outcomes that a member is dissatisfied with, where those outcomes were determined in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the member themselves.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Atm883's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

Atm883 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior consent from members. However, atm883 is committed to notifying members of significant changes through the following means:

• Pop-up notification when a member logs in to the atm883 platform after terms have been updated.
• Email notification to the member's registered email address.
• Banner or announcement on the atm883 platform homepage.

Updated terms take effect immediately upon publication on the atm883 website. Continued use of the platform by a member after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. This Terms & Conditions agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Should any dispute arise out of or in connection with this agreement, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation and discussion.
